Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat

I have a history of throat related illness such as strep throat. Currently my throat has been a little red for a few wks. I had a rapid strep test that came back negative etc. At this point my tongue is a little white with small red dots in-between, it is very unnoticeable. When I swallow extremely hard without food I can spit up a little blood. Nothing extreme but a little blood will be in my saliva. I just had a throat culture and am currently awaiting results.

Read your query, these symptoms mostly likely of strep throat dont be worried so much I will suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for examination .
Inmeantime you do warm saline rinses two - three times a day , you can take medicine like Azithromycin by consulting with your local doctor.
