Suggest Treatment For Strep Throat

My daughter is at college went to infirmary today thinking she had strep throat which she has had several times. The strep test was neg. but the staffer said the the throat was so bad she prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol for pain and that if the symptoms weren t better by Monday to return to infirmary and that she may be a candidate for mono. My daughter says she feels very dizzy, my ears feel like there bleeding ,hot temperature, then get super cold, hard to swallow tonsils swollen one nostril stuffed up, feels like mucus stuck in throat. body aches.

Welcome to HCM.
You have severe throat infections may be due to strepto or staphylo bacteria.
Azithromycin is good for that but if not cured consult yoir ENT surgeon for other medicines like cephalosporin groups medicines.
Take warm water gargles and steam inhalation for 2-3 times a day.
Take paracetamol or ibuprofen for pain and fever.
Take levocet for cold and congestions.
Don't drink cold water or drinks.
Take protein rich diet after some recovery.
Take care...
