Hello,

You are right. It seems to be gastric indigestion or gastritis like condition. The site you have been mentioned fit in this diagnosis. For that Pantoprazole can be prescribed. Avoid gastric irritants like:
• Excess spicy foods
• Stress
Smoking
• Excess tea, coffee, etc.

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. Include yogurt in diet. Fruits and green leafy vegetables to be taken more.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
