Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain

i've been having tonsilitis very often and doctors normally prescribes penicillin. this time also i've been given penicillin.. but this time i have tummy ache and my tummy looks a bit swollen and stiff.. on and off temperature during night...I've been having tonsilitis and tummy ache for last three week,, still not improving.. i was told it was viral infection ,, but i went to see the doctor again since i still have sore throat and they said i've got some puss on my tonsils and gave some antibiotics.. but my tummy ache is the main problem now..

- Consume more liquids in sessions .
- Prefer soft , light diet till possible and avoid oily , spicy .
- Intake of PPI as omeprazole morning and evening with sips of water on
empty stomach , syrup mylanta 5 ml every 6 hourly help better .
