Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain

I am having having a burning pain in my stomach. This pain is coming once in a month. It comes all of a sudden stays for around 2 min and then goes away and this cycle repeats for an entire day. After I sleep the very next day, the pain is gone and I get the feel of healing.

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .

Burning sensation in the stomach points towards Hyperacidity due to Gastritis . Since it is happening for only for short period of time it means there is no serious problem with you . It might have occurred due to delay in taking food or eating spicy food .

My advise for you is to take food at regular timings , don't fast or delay having food . Avoid eating spicy food as much as possible . Avoid Citrus fruits .

Any clarifications or Queries feel free to ask.
Happy to help you.
Regards.
