Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain , Vomiting And Diarrhea

I am a 58 yr old woman who on this past Friday afternoon I began feeling stomach sick and between about 1:oo pm and 8:oo pm I vomited about a dozen times and had multiple episodes of diarrhea. On Saturday I pretty much slept off and on, and had only a few times of diarrhea. I tried oatmeal for breakfast that day, but nothing else. Sunday I was able to eat bananas, rice, toast. This morning I had oatmeal and just now some chicken soup. One time of diarrhea today. I continue to feel, just not right . My stomach is doing some flips. I am beginning to wonder about something. ... On Friday I had noticed a swelling in my middle left finger, at the tip, like a hangnail might give. but no hangnail. No fever. Could I have an infection in my finger that is making me feel bad? It really hurts and is swollen.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the abdomen, diarrhea and vomiting which settled over time but now have swollen painful left middle finger which can give you symptoms of malaise and fever and so on.
I would advise you to have the following:
Since there is swelling and pain in the left middle finger, you need to take an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
This will either resolve you problems or may need an incision and drainage as per the stage of the cellulitis.
