Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain Dizziness With Fever
Hi,I have been suffering from this sever stomach ache that I feel in the middle of my abdomen right below the rib cage. I started feeling this after a stomach infection which was a result of eating out. There is also a high fever (101-102 deg F), mostly during the latter half of the day and goes away for a bit after the in take of paracetamol. I also feel dizzy and energy-less throughout the day and am unable to perform any activity. This has been very annoying, and the physician i am seeing has resorted to very strong anti-biotics, rendering me further useless for most of the day. Kindly advise.

if there is persistent high fever with dizziness then it needs investigations.
you need to do a blood culture to see if there is any bacteria.
also hidden sources of infection needs to be ruled out.
for th stomach ache try taking an antacid and see if it helps.
