hi doctor my girl friend is one week to her period an she has been having stomach pains,constipation an nuasea but we have been using menstrogen after sex she has never had such worries before even last 2 months when she was pregnant so i do not know if it premenstrual symptoms or pregnancy. an we are not expecting pregnancy now please doctor i need your Advice

rule out pregnancy by pregnancy test.if negative then take contraceptive pills for complete month or can adopt other iud like copper t.it upto both of partner to decide for howlong you want to avoid pregnancy. consult gynecologist for examination and advice.
