Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Watery Stools
The last couple day s I have have really foul burps, that taste like burnt popcorn. I woke up around 4 AM this morning with pain in my stomach. My stools are extremely runny (basically water). I feel like throwing up. I had my gallbladder remove 1.5 years ago.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Your symptoms are consistent with acute gastroenteritis. I would advise you for a stool test for our ova cyst or protozoa. You may require a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and PPI group of drugs like omeprazole plus domperidone for gas and vomiting. Have plenty of fluids including ORS to maintain good hydration.
