Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Vomiting With Lump On The Throat
For the last week.. i've had stomach pain, belching and throwing up after eating, head aches, throat and ear pain. Ive constantly been fatigue and dizzy while at work. Not sure whats been going on but it feels like there's a lump in my throat most of the time..just not normal. I did start an anti-depression med two weeks ago and i have a check up coming up on the 10th of this month. I feel like a pest alot to the doctor during the winter months..i get sick often. I work in a nursing home as a Nurses aid.. I'm frequently washing my hands and keep healthy. Should i just eat light and wait to see my doctor? Im tired of being tired and sick.
As you are having features of GERD you should take proton pump inhibitor. The acid reflux irritates throat which leads to recurrent sore throat . Avoid oily and spicy food . As you are having long history of feeling of limp in throat for that you should have direct laryngoscopic examination done to rule out any pathology in throat rather it's better to go for upper GI endoscopy it will rule out gastritis as well
