Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Diarrhea
I have been having on and off stomach pain for the past 5 days sometimes accompanied by slight headaches and then either constipation ro diarrhea follows. Also, occasionally there is a sharp pain on the top of my penis, but it's does not sting when I pee, it's afterwards and It's hard to distinguish if the pain is coming from the top of the out layer of penis or inside.

On and off pain in abdomen for 5 days needs a proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations if required after careful management.
Headache and diarrhea with pain in abdomen is usually due to intestinal infection and hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics.
Get the stool and blood tested.
If there is no complete relief after the course you will need additional investigations of blood, ultrasonography and colonoscopy as would be decided by your Doctor on clinical evaluation.
Take plenty of oral fluids, boiled and cooled water, homemade foods only.
Complete the treatment till cured well to avoid complications in future.
