Hello,
Do not allow yourself to get dehydrated. Your symptoms could relate to cramping or a digestive imbalance. Any specific area of discomfort or localized pain. Over the counter pain relief should help you tolerate your discomfort. If you are in extreme discomfort and know that this is unusual or accelerating, seek medical attention. You could have a ruptured appendix that would require emergency treatment or be prescribed medication to reduce symptoms.
Consider a visit to your physician. A clinical exam and simple blood tests can give you a realistic diagnosis. Thank you for your inquiry.
