Hi,
I understand your concern.
- Pain in abdomen after eating suggests hyperacidity.. which is a part of digestive problems caused by pregnancy hormones. To avoid this you can-
- eat small servings more frequently ( every 3 hours ).
-Eat non irritating/ non spicy/ non oily food at room temperature.
- Cold milk is best antacid . Add it to your diet if it suits you.
- Take antacids( Gelusil tablets to suck) / proton pump inhibitors like
Ranitidine after food.
- Try to have good motions by taking sufficient fibers & plenty of
water in diet.
- Practice meditation & yoga exercises for good digestion & positive
psychology.
Thanks.
