It is common for young children to get sick especially when weather changes.
Apart upper respiratory tract infection, they often complain of stomach issues.
As this has been going for over 1 month, if I was his caring doctor would advise to run further tests to determine why he is having such complains at this frequent: - culture of stool to rule out pathological bacteria/candida infection - examination of stool for ova/parasites - abdominal ultrasound - complete blood count to rule out anemia - measure blood electrolytes level to rule out vitamins deficiencies (vit.D,calcium, etc.)
Hope it was of help!
