General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is common for young children to get sick especially when weather changes.

Apart upper respiratory tract infection, they often complain of stomach issues.

As this has been going for over 1 month, if I was his caring doctor would advise to run further tests to determine why he is having such complains at this frequent:
- culture of stool to rule out pathological bacteria/candida infection
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- abdominal ultrasound
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- measure blood electrolytes level to rule out vitamins deficiencies (vit.D,calcium, etc.)

Hope it was of help!
