Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Constipation
Hi i am traveling sout east Asia at the moment and I am severely constipated. I went about 9 days without bowel moments. I was given picosulfate at a pharmacy which worked after about 24 hours. So I didn't carry on takin the pills. I then went days with out any movements again, so took more pills. Again it worked. I am now blocked up again after about for days. I have read that stimulant should only be last resort, I'm a bit worried they may not be doing me good? They also give me cramps..

A better choice for you would be a nonstimulant laxative like Miralax along with a stool softener.
That said, when you can you need this problem evaluated since you may have a stool impaction, irritable bowel syndrome, or even colon cancer.
