hello can you help me i missed my period for 3and half weeks done various test some some negative some posstive then had 2 days bleeding i had symptons sush as cramps bloating tiredness dull ake in the breast ,dizzyness ,craveings i really want to know i have been trying for a baby could i be pregnant .

It is due to some gastric infection. You can take antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with cyclopam or meftal-spaz for severe stomach pain and bloating. Take cap omez-d or pantop-dsr empty stomach for gastric upset. Maintain the hydration of your body by taking plenty of fluids. Take some multivitamin along with protein powder for giddiness.
