Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Digestion Problem

Turned 40 almost a year ago. Seem to be having more digestive issues now. I feel like I am bloated and have more gas than I ever have. Not sure if I am becoming intolerant to a food group or having digestive issues. Trying to figure it out. Ginger seems to settle it. But trying to narrow down what is causing the problem.

Hello
I appreciate your concern
This could be due to Aerophagia (swallowing of air) may be due to smoking, alcohol, ill fitting denture or consumption of carbonated drinks
Other possibility is
Acid peptic disease,
indigestion or mal absorption

Please rule out the above mentioned causes of Aerophagia
if it persists even after that than.please consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy
You may need anti acidity medicines like PPI group as pantoprazole and antacids
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have fresh fruits and fruit juices as well as lemon water
Hope this helps you
follow up questions are most welcome
Best wishes
