Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Diarrhea

For the last week, I have been sick when I eat. The sickness only comes when I am up and moving around. This isn t just food, water or anything liquid too. I am bloated out really bad and having diarrhea. I thought it was a stomach bug but now not so sure. No pain, just lots of bloating, feeling full and everything is grumbling

Your vomiting is related with mouvement or position, so a vertiginous syndrome should be excluded too, and I 'd like to know if you have a moment of vertigo before vomiting or ear problems in the past. If not so you can begin taking some probiotics and activated carbon for a while.
