Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating And Brownish Vaginal Discharge
Hi so I was feeling really bloated yesterday and so I put on a pad because the day before I had really heavy discharge and it was clumpy so about 45 minutes after I put on the pad I checked it and there was a very small amount of dark brown nothing has come out today except for a tannish stuff that looks like discharge now as I m writing this I feel like I ha e to pee but out of my vagina but like out of my vagina nothing has come out yet when will I get my first period? I ve had breasts since I was 9 now I m 12 and I m a 32B and I ve had discharge for a little over a year when please help!!

My Opinion-
In My opinion, in the given situation you seems to suffer from-DUB with painful irregular menses.The urge for urination seems to be from infection in the vagina/urethra from accompanied pad used.
The bloating in this situation seems to be from DUB with pains, causing reflex ileus in such cases.
Brownish discharge indicates that DUB bleed is controlled.
Other causes for the ileus- like accompanied fissure/ IBS needs to be ruled out.
Do's Suggested-
Consults with Gynec doctor to rule out any ailment
USG abdomen to assess Uterine/Vaginal structures status
Urinalysis to rule out UTI(Urinary Tract Infection)
Start taking anti-spasmodics(Dicyclomine) with anti-inflammatory/pain killers-Diclofenac -2 times a day.
Balck tea and fluids with
Bland liquids for 2 days.
This should relieve your reflex ileus with brownish discharge.
Next appointment-
After 2 weeks to review treatment for existing stomach problem .
