Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In The Neck And Chest Pain
My daughter appears to be a healthy 25 year old female, not over weight, does not smoke or drink alcohol this week while at home, she developed a severe stiff neck and acute pressure/pain in the middle of her chest She says at times it s like she has shortness of breath. What are possible causes

possible causes are-
1. GERD
2. muscle spasm
3. heart attack(v. less chances)
get following investigations done-
1. barium swallow
2. ECG
3. chest x ray.
pelase visit a nearby hospital for further evaluation in detail.
for now give her a muscle relaxant like flexon mr and pain killer like diclofenac along with antacids.
