General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Stappin pain in rib could be a muscular pain, costochondritis , heart and pulmonary pathology.
Take following advise:
Tablel DAN-SR or ibuprufen 3 times/day after meal.
Apply warm pad application, avoid exertion and stressful activity.
Take proper rest.
You can wear elastic creep bandage to support the respiration.
If not resolves then undergo the chest X-ray, ECG and routine blood test: CBC, CK-MB, ESR, CBC to rule out infection, heart and pulmonary problem.

Hope this may help you
