Dear patient
It's mostly dental root abscess considering your case. You need to consult dentist and get yourself examined. Start tab diclofenac 50mg twice a day plus tab augmentin 625 mg thrice a day for pain relief and reducing infection. Clean your mouth twice a day with betadine gargles. All the best.
