Suggest Treatment For Spongy Lump On Vagina

I am 18 years old and I found a spongy painful lump on my vagina next to my thigh last night but today it has grown and now has a two pimple type things on it. I m worried about what it is but too embarrassed to say anything to my mother as I m visiting her at the moment. I m not in my own city where I m registered at a doctors until Wednesday so can t get it checked until then. I have read up using the internet (clearly not the best option but my only option) and think it could possibly be a cyst? I am sexually active so obviously an sti is possible but it s not like anything I ve ever heard of.
