Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

I am having severe pains on my left side between my legs in my groin area. I can t reach my left foot or bend over because of it. In order for me to pick something up, I have to stretch my left out. I am having trouble getting up from a sitting position because it is so painful. I can t twist my left leg without hurting. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis but this feels muscular. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms may not be due to any nerve changing or lesion but it could be due to muscular spasm I would advise to have Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac three times in day try to maintain proper posture hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
