Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

I am a healthy very active 65 yr old - training ongoing for half marathons trying to beat the odds. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis - looking to invest in a really good bed - I like firm and not sure my bed has caused or irritated the situation but makes sense to with now. Any suggestions?

Hello,
The sleep number bed is probably the best. It can be adjusted to your comfort as needed. Also the memory foam mattresses work for a lot of people. Both these options are expensive. You do not want t he bed to be too hard or too soft so medium softness is usually best for people with back pain.
