hi, thanks for writing. i have understood your concerns.

when a person sees something erotic or gets excited sexually [while talking a girl without any act] there may be release of precum or pre-ejaculatory fluid, that is normal and it does not contain sperms. semen is whitish sticky thick liquid which only comes out after orgasm is achieved.

If you are not masturbating then this will happen to you more frequently. because your sexual glands are full of semen and it will overflow whenever there is a pressure on them like after erection and while passing urine and stool when abdominal pressure increases.

you do not have any sexual problem, so do not worry. masturbate regularly if you are not masturbating, with frequency of 2 times in week.

these is not a spermatorrhea. you do not need any medicines.

i hope this will be helpful to you. best of luck..
