Suggest Treatment For Soreness In The Mouth

Hi - I have soreness in my mouth (upper palette ). After using a mirror to look at area I noticed it was pink and 2 or 3 little spots are like tiny craters. This type of irritation comes and goes. I rinse mouth with 1/2hydrogen peroxide 1/2 water mixture. This soothes pain also taking L-lysine 2000 mg. I m thinking this is a nutritional deficiency. I struggle with collagenous colitis and gluten sensitivity. Trying to eliminate most gluten products. Any idea what this is?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The soreness over the palate can be secondary to herpetic virus infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical anesthetic like lignocaine and topical analgesic like choline salicylate. Do saline gargling. I hope i have answered your query. Take care.
