Suggest Treatment For Soreness Around The Navel Region While Having An Umbilical Hernia
I have had a navel hernia for 4 years now. it has not been a problem. this past weekend I was working in my garage and afterward felt some soreness in this area and realized that the hernia in my navel had grown some and was very tender. after a night of rest it felt better but remains the same size. should I be concerned.
