Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat
I have sore throat and throat pain since yesterday. Yesterday night I had fever due to the same for which I took Peracetamol and Ciplox TZ with B Complex. I will follow it with taking Paracetamol and Amoxicillin now. I feel like drinking lemon water (leamon with salt in water), is that ok? Or lemon does not go along with sore throat?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sore throat with throat pain and itching inside the throat which is due to bacterial infection leading to strep throat. I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene. You should take Diphenhydramine and Dextromethorphan for 4-5 days. You should avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should take you take nasal decongestant sprays, antihistamines and antibiotic combination as infection is present. Lemon does not go along with sore throat it will exaggerate your symptoms. You should avoid it .Do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day. Take ibuprofen one tablet twice daily. Take soft foods to avoid irritation to the throat. Throat lozanges one every 4 hours is helpful. Drink luke warm water throughout the day as it can provide relief.
