Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Hi, i have had a sore throat, about 3 weeks ago. But now, after a month, there are a couple puss pockets in the back by my tonsilles. Also on the back of my throat, behind the uvula, there are bumps not of white or red but they are visible. None of this is hurting, or a bother..What could this possibly be? Please help

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be upper respiratory tract infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) Avoid smoking.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
