Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I have a very sore throat that looks whitish on the back wall, I ve almost completely lost my voice, have chest congestion and cough but not bringing up anything yet. I also have a stuffy nose and blow constantly. And now I have some redish blotchy spots on the right side of my torso. Do I need to see a doctor?

as per your clinical details, you are having infection in nose and sinuses involving whole voice box and lungs( cough). needs voice rest, antibiotics and steam inhalation. kindly evaluate with ent surgeon. hope I have answeed your query. all the best. take care.
