Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat , Fatigue , Muscle Pain And High Fever
I woke up with fatigue with muscle pain and also Congested / throat sore. I feel better than this morning but have a fever 100-101 all day. I had a tetanus shot 10 days ago, due to stepping on a rusted nail. How can I tell if my injury and/or injection is related to my symptoms. I was also on antibiotic for a few days.
Understanding your concern. As per your query sore throat , fatigue , muscle pain and high fever is because of streptococcal infection leading to strep throat. It is leading to granular pharyngitis. I would advice you to take few preventive measures such as do warm saline gargles on daily basis 3- 4 times a day. Take proper antibiotic course such as Levofloxacin for 5-7 days. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Sinarest as well. Visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done. Go for blood tests along with that get chest x-ray done.
