Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Upset Stomach
hi, i'm a 52 yr old female in reasonable good health. all week i've had a sore throat, with sores on the uvula that appear clear to milky colored and oval in shape. they haven't gotten any worse or any better. i've felt very tired and my stomach has been a little upset. i don't think i've had a fever. could this be strep?

I really appreciate your concern and here the given symptoms could be due to some allergic condition and this can be best treated with Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day with Tab Acetaminophen as per needed in painful condition, have some salt water gargling, for the stomach up set have a light diet, every thing would be fine soon, take care( comment:- Allergic condition some time take little more time to come around )
