ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion, this is hoarseness of voice. which is most likely due to vocal abuse/ overuse. accoto history, you need to use your voice in loud manner, which traumatize your vocal cords and edema sets in and voice deteriorate. in immediate period steroid therapy and voice rest is the core treatment. but over the time period that trauma did permanent changes in your vocal cords . you need to be checked up by an ENT specialist for laryngoscopy. and if any nodule is found it should be removed by Microscopic laryngeal surgery.
