Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Sinus Infection

I have a sore throat and some sinus drainage. The snot coming out when I sneeze is yellow instead of clear. I have had a sinus infection before. This is not as bad as a sinus infection as I don't have a lot of pain around my eyes. The thing that concerns me is that laryngitis has presented itself. It is very frustrating not being able to talk. Can I take a Z-pack (zithromyacin) for the slight sinus infection/drainage and for the resulting laryngitis?? Thanks.

It seems very clearly that you have a sinus and larynx infection. The solution in this case would be a cure with antibiotics and other supportive drugs.

Yes you can use Azithromycin once daily for the infection.
Bromhexine or Ambroxol for thinning the excessive mucus
Ketotifen once before bedtime to remove inflammation in case of allergic laryngitis.
Vitamin C to increase your immunity and strength.

Meanwhile you have to keep having a balanced diet with a lot of fluids.
