Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Laryngitis

I became I'll yest./sore throat which now is now laryngitis /trouble sleeping achy/tired/swollen glands in neck/tested negative for flu/doc gave me z-pac antibiotics but no dragnosis so what else can I do to relieve symptoms and what is wrong l also have severe fibromyalgia,scoliosis,and rheumatic.?thank you

you are having pharingitis and laringitis. first gofor warm saline gurgling. can take inj streptopenicilin one vial im daily for seven days. levocetrizine tablet 5mg daily for 7days. can take tab crocin advance one tab let sos. you will improve.
