Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Ear Ache

Agonising sore throat and ear ache, bringing up yellow mucus. Also had an eye twitch for a few months on and off now along with a headche , the eye twitch stays with one eye but the headche moves to the other side but the head ache always comes with the eye twitch.

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to upper respiratory tract bacterial infection. Antibiotic therapy will be needed in such case. If you were my patient then I would suggest antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav , anti histamines like Cetrizine and nasal decongestant sprays like Xylometazoline for application on nostrils. Taking steam inhalation with inhalant capsules and taking chewable vitamin c is good also.
