Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Chest Congestion
I don t know if I have the common cold or not. last week I started with a bad sore throat. It hurt to swallow. then the next day congestion started and still going on for 3 days now. I have also been feeling tired but am resting. also ive been taking Nyquil. it might be my allergies. idk

It must be a viral infection try stem inhalation and warm salt water gargling. Also drink lots of fluids. Take fruits rich in vitamin c like mausambi, orange etc which will help you come over the infection faster
