Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat Along With Cold Symptoms
I had sore throat associated with cold symptoms for a month and drove me to see doctor for 4 times, resulted to diagnosis of acute upper respiratory tract infections. Eventhough it's cured still I want to know whether I can take this drugs non-stop as a chronic sore throat and frequent cold & flu treatment?

Good day and thanks for the question. Its not advisable to take drugs non stop. Frequent sore throat, flu and cold could be due to a viral infection and might not require medications. Resting, taking a lot of water and pain killers might just be all you need. Please if you have flu again kindly see your doctor to ascertain whether it is viral or a bacteria infection. No need to take the medications beyond the prescribed duration by the doctor if the symptoms are cured. Usually the acute respiratory tract infections respond to the treatment in a short time.
