Suggest Treatment For Sore Stomach, Enlarged Lymph Nodes And Spleen

my 4 year old daughter has had sore tummy s for awhile now she tells me about 6 times a day her tummy is sore, we had a ultrasound today and they told us she has 5 enlarged lymph nodes below her tummy button and a slightly enlarged spleen I am very worried! my mother died at the age of 42 with breast cancer turned to lymphoma cancer so my past experience with glands have not been good...

Hello.

I am sorry to hear that, at this juncture it would be important to get an endoscopy of her upper GI to find the cause for the sore stomach and the pain.

The enlargement of her lymph nodes could be related to an infection as well so a CT abdomen can be chosen much later if a blood analysis does not reveal any specific cause.
