Suggest Treatment For Sore And Swollen Nose

Yesterday I got punched by a girl on the side of my face along the left side of my nose and left side of head. Today I have pain in my head, but on the right side. my head throbs a bit and feels kind of sore. My nose is realt sore and swollen. Is there any chance that I should see a physician or any internal damage?

I suggest you to try ice fomentatiion over the nose, some tori in nasal drops three times daily and a pain killer for at least two days. if the pain and swelling still remains the same, we have to get an x Ray of your nose to rule out any fracture. But by and large, the pain subsides and edema subsides within two or three days if there is just a blunt trauma to the nose. I hope the above solves your query. thanks n regards,,,,Dr nandu kolwadkar
