Hi Welcome to HCM. GENERALLY IT IS NOT .BUT SOMETIMES AS SOME OF FLUID may came out of vessel to the subcutaneous space,IT CAUSES swelling.however gradually it will subside. Local application of thrombophobe gel will be of some use.
