Suggest Treatment For Sore And Itchy Lips

I am having a problem with my lips burning, tingling, sore, iching. I am on meds Gabapentin 300mg, atorvastatin 20mg vibryd 20mg, lisinopril 20 mg. my daughter thinks I might be having a allergic reaction. I talked to dr.s nurse last week and he told me to use carmex and drink water. Did that got some better but today has been another bad day.

Hi.
As per your case history you of itching on lips, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
