Suggest Treatment For Sneezing Fits At Night
Ok so I m in the UK and I wake 3times every night sneezing for about 10mins then have to force myself back to sleep. This is starting to affect my work as I m just getting more tired as the days go on . I have hay fever but I ve never been up in the night with sneezing fits. It s usually bad during the day but as I ve got older it just seems to be effecting my sleep. Any remedies you can help me with?? I use clariton and beconase nasal spray also the eye drops but don t seem to get the full effects.

hello, thanks for ur query, sequence of sneezes,running nose, itching in ears, itching in roof of mouth, blackness under eyes are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. it is best prevented by not to expose to cold, dust, not to consume ice creams, fridge water, curd. best street ment is avamys( fluticasone ) nasal spray twice daily , tab. Montek- lc ( montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time . all the best. take care.
