Hello, asymptomatic white lesions (without any previous history of trauma/burns/dermatitis) could be vitiligo. Since, it is the beginning and lesions arenot very extensive, topical meds will suffice, viz. tacrolimus 0.1% ointment at bedtime and momate cream at daytime on the lesions, along with an antioxidant capsule like cap softlyn on a daily basis. The response to the meds as far as pigmentation is concerned is slow, takes months and slower in the acral regions. You should visit a dermatologist for evaluation. Thanks Take care
