Suggest Treatment For Small White Patch On The Nose

Dear Sir I got small white pach on my nose ( near the nose hole) It is very small . One doctor gave me a pacroma creem, he said to me to use every evening Is it good or not ? If not do you know any other creem? I am scared about it becase it can slowly spread or not ? Regards Ms Baby YYYY@YYYY

White patch on the nose most likely points the diagnosis to be vitiligo. Pacroma cream given to you is ok but to hasten the recovery you can use momatasone cream in the morning. This disease has a tendency to spread but since you have started the treatment it is less likely. If still the spot increases you can consult the doctor and he will put you on oral medication.
