Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CONCERN.

Thanks for your query. The symptoms you mention in your query are alarming .The red lumps you are talking about is due to irritation of mucaosa ,it can be due to some acidic ,too hot/cold food , it can be due to some dental appliance or smoking.Usually they will go away in few weeks without ant treatment ,But if it persist for more then 2 weeks it will cause of concern.

I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene ,do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day.The probability of oral cancer is very less ,but if it persists for long time, grow in size and continue irritation of mocusa is there then it can convert into cancerous lesion.

If it persists for more then 2 weeks ,you should consult dentist/oral pathologist for proper examination to rule out conditions like canker sore, exotosis or cancerous lesion ,so that doctor can start treatment properly.Doctor may prescribe you oral antibiotics or multivitamin supplement.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get well Soon.
Best Wishes,
