Suggest Treatment For Small Painful Scar In Belly Button

I had my gallbladder removed in 2012. I have a small scar in my belly button. Yesterday I was fooling around jumped on my husbands back and something in my belly button popped. Instant pain. And burning. Now it comes in waves nonstop but worse when I turn sit-up or cough. Will this go away or is it something to see a dr about?

It can be hernia from your belly button and need confirmation with sonography. so you need to consult surgeon for the same. do not treat yourself with home remedies.
