Suggest Treatment For Small Painful Bump On The Armpit

I have a small bump in my right armpit. I shave frequently under there and I recently noticed it the other day. The last time I shaved I nicked the bump and this yellow very foul smelling substance came out. I also squeezed around the bump and more substance came out. I have also noticed that hair is growing normally out of this bump. What does this mean? What is this bump?

I read your question and understand your concern
In my opinion as you mentioned bump and after giving nick foul smeeling yellowish discharge came out, that must be infection of hair follicle that folliculitis!
So dont press it hard, you can take Antibiotics along with anti inflammatory and if there is pain you can add analgesics as well and take good care of hygiene of that area
And if there is frquent such infections so go to your doctor to check with him properly after examination get proper treatment
