Suggest Treatment For Small Itchy Bumps On The Legs And Stomach

My daughter has bumps that appear like hives on her rear, upper legs and stomach. They itch and are the size of a quarter or larger. some appear to have a small red dot in the center. They go away in about three days and seem to come on with exercise or stress

Hello, evanescent lesions as described by you is urticaria
Now, the management varies whether it is acute or chronic (problem for 6 weeks or more)
Since the duration isnot mentioned, i assume it to be acute urticaria which has many causes like drugs, cosmetics, foods, fragrances, exercises or in 50% cases, it is idiopathic.
The mainstay of management is antihistamines, give tab Avil 25 mg for the lesions, apply dermocalm lotion on the lesions, try identifying the causative factor and avoid it or minimise it.
